Along with the rapid economic development,the large-scale utilization of the traditional energy has brought with mounting energy and environment issues.With the advantages of abundance and non-pollution,renewable energy will be the key direction of sustainable energy development in the future.Allocated flexibly in the load zone,distributed generators(DG)are able to make full utilization of the wind power,solar energy,etc.Speeding up the development of distributed generation will play an important role in the transformation of energy development patterns,and make it better to satisfy the diversified renewable energy demands.As the biggest open port in the north China,Tianjin Port is owning a growing strategic position.Meanwhile,the energy consumption and supply issue has become a pressing problem that constrains its sustainable development.As a coastal area,Tianjin Port holds abundant renewable energy resources like solar energy,wind energy,ocean energy,geothermal energy,etc.,which offers basic condition for the development and utilization of those energy resources.Using the renewable energy properly and developing the distributed generation rapidly will have a galvanizing impact on the energy transformation and industry optimization in Tianjin Port.This paper is written on the background of the project “Research on the utilization and planning of renewable energy in Tianjin Port”,and studies the optimal allocation of the distributed generators in Tianjin Port on the basic of a wide range of investigation research.It first analyzes the resource quantity of solar energy,wind energy,etc.and their utilizabilities according to the investigation results,and studies the mathematical models of photovoltaic generation,wind power generation and gas turbine generation,providing model basis for the later optimization below.Secondly,according to the practical energy supply and consumption in the port,this paper classified the load in the port into terminal operation load,municipal service load,business entertainment load and residential load.The characteristic of the four loads are analyzed and the load characteristic curves are drawn.According to the area location and load distribution,the port is divided into four sub-areas,and the constitution,load proportion,energy demand,DG installation condition of the four sub-areas are analyzed,laying the foundation of the later sub-area optimization study below.Then the paper gives the energy utilization patterns of the four loads,and gives the objective function and constraint conditions of the optimization.It sets the year-equivalence earning-cost as the objective function,the power balance,allocated DG numbers,and accessed DG proportion as the constraint conditions,and gives a particle swarm optimization algorithm.It then applies the proposed optimal method into the DG optimization in Tianjin Port,presents the relevant practical parameters involving the resource data,load data,constant data,etc.,and calculates the results of the optimized DG numbers allocated in Tianjin Port.In the end,based on the above division of the sub-areas of the port,the sub-area reifying optimization is present.According to the characteristics of the four sub-areas,the constraint conditions of each-sub area are assigned,thus acquiring the optimal result of each sub-area.The result comparison is made with the above optimization for the whole port,and the comprehensive benefits of the DG planning for the port is given.This paper manages to offer thought and reference for the planning and optimization of distributed generators and renewable energy generators in Tianjin Port.
