Manufacture And Application Of Conductive Grease For Transformer Substation

The poor contact between the power equipment is an important reason for the failure of the transmission line and the power grid fault.As a new type of electrical material,electric composite grease has the effect of improving the electrical contact performance,reducing the contact resistance and preventing the corrosion of the contact surface.It is especially important for the power transmission equipment with high voltage and large current.Electrical Compound Grease is also applied in the condition of electric contact,it takes the the transmission of electrical energy,signals and other important tasks,accompanied by friction loss,thus requiring both power composite resin with excellent tribological properties,but also has good conductive ability.The main contents and conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)Using special thickener to thicken the base oil,and adding additives such as conducting,anti-oxygen,anti-corrosion,arc suppression,and so on.(2)Compared the domestic and foreign various power composite resin,from conductive performance to lubrication performance,the study found that electrical compound grease is developed in this paper,comprehensive performance is better than the domestic and foreign electric power composite resin,a compound fat.(3)The field application shows that the electric composite grease can meet the requirements of the electric power compound grease,and can be used as an alternative to import.
