In recent years,with the transformation of economic structure,real estate became evident economic role.But too much reliance on real estate led to the rapid growth in the real estate industry,housing prices higher and higher,people buy more and more serious,it is difficult country in order to avoid the real estate bubble,has adopted a series of macroeconomic regulation and control,"profiteering" era in the real estate industry has been in the past,now the real estate enterprise more is to rely on their brand effect for home sales,to explain the real estate industry the era of "small profit" is quietly.But from the development trend of last year,is still hot,it is important for the growth of the national economy play a role.Through survey,in 2015,2016,the change of the real estate data,real estate enterprise competition is becoming increasingly fierce,enterprise want to develop in the fierce market competition,so have to do a good job in their own brand positioning,improve its own brand value,the brand value of a good real estate construction is indispensable for the improvement of quality control.But from the reports of recent years,in the fierce market competition,the quality problem of the real estate construction layer out of poor,often in the news can be reported on the problem of real estate construction quality.So by the author in the research and practice of real estate enterprises or projects,and the corresponding quality control study,put forward in order to "brand value" as the center of real estate construction quality control system,and studies its feasibility.The article mainly divides into six chapters,as follows: the first chapter,the content of explains the relevant concepts of real estate construction,and centered on "brand value" of real estate construction quality control research significance;The second chapter,mainly about the research status at home and abroad,scholars have conducted research;The third chapter,introduced the "brand value" centered real estate construction quality control of the analysis of the status quo,mainly including the basis of construction quality control,the control elements,as well as the relevant industry standards;The fourth chapter,mainly put forward with "brand value" as the center of the construction of the real estate construction quality control system and operation,including system briefly,the structure of the organization framework,practical process and so on;The fifth chapter,in jingzhou city for international project as a case,the "brand value" as the center of real estate construction quality control research of case analysis,analyzes the problems and put forward the solution;The sixth chapter,the full text at the end of the chapter,the paper puts forward the corresponding conclusions and made a prospect for the future.
