Research On Implementation Phase Quality Management Of Xi'an Ziwei Real Estate Fashion Project

In the process of rapid development of urbanization in China,real estate development and construction has long been an important industry department.In the process of real estate development,the quality of construction affects the appearance,life of products and safety and reliability of the products,while in the process of practice,the only goal of many real estate projects are speed and benefit,and they ignore the problem of construction quality.In view of the urgency of the industry development demand and quality problems,it is necessary to study the quality management in the construction phase of the project so as to ensure the quality of the construction and then to realize the value and goal of the Real Estate Company.First of all,this paper expounds the basic theory of the quality management of real estate projects,and analyzes the present situation of the quality management in the construction phase of the project,combined with the three phase of the Xi'an Ziwei real estate fashion project,summarizes the quality management problems of the project during the construction stage.What's more,this paper uses the analytic hierarchy process to evaluate the quality grade of the project,so as to find out the defect of the quality management of the project.Then,from four aspects of quality management organization system,quality management system,project organization implementation and personnel management,this paper makes a detailed analysis of the problems existing in the quality management of the three phase of the Xi'an Ziwei real estate fashion project,and combs out the specific reasons for these problems.Finally,combined with the analysis of the quality management problems and the practical practice of the three phase of the Xi'an Ziwei real estate fashion project,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the quality management of the construction phase from four aspects,which can be used for reference for the practice of the quality management of real estate projects.
