With the rapid development of the economy,how to design the transmission hallway in the city has becomed a long standing problem.Recently,multi-circuit tower has been widely used in many applications.With the increase of the electrical load and other load on the wire,traditional angle iron transmission tower can not satisfy the safety standard,while due to its high safety and low cost,transmission line steel tube tower has attracted growing attention and been widely applied in many fields.In this paper,we will build the XiYue substation with four 220 kV outlets,two outlets will connect to ShunDe substation and the other two outlets will connect to ShiLong substation,we will also lay 6.38 km four-circuit lines.The new paving line will cross the ShunDe waterways.The new paving line needs to keep a safety distance from the Shun De waterways and natural gas station reserve tank equipment.It also needs to keep far away from the near ShiTeng line.In order to address these issues,we adopt the Al clad steel reinforced aluminium stranded wire to reduce the sag.In addition,considering the requirements of the channel and natural gas stations,the type of tower type needs special design,so steel tube tower will be used.There are some special circumstances in this line for engineering,that is engineering position to qualify in 220 kV XiYue standing there cross,the transmission line design is mainly composed of five parts: the first is the choice of line path and tower location,then the electrical design,the structure of the tower design,the last part is the basis of the on line to do the design.In the process of design,the former two parts use the flat profile dao-heng overhead transmission lines and the positioning system to complete;The third part of the tower air clearance of tower head check use the swing Angle calculation program;The fourth part use dao-heng tower stress analysis software to carry out;The fifth part use pile foundation design software to select the type of basis.All calculation results about foshan,shunde substation 220 kV XiYue matching line engineering cross section line use the above a variety of software to do together,through the calculation of electrical and structural design of line can be drawn from all can meet the requirements of relevant national standard,these results process for the personnel engaged in such relevant design provides a valuable design experience,and overall level of circuit design has a lot to ascend.
