With the continuous development and progress of the city,urban distribution network system has been unable to effectively support the rapid development of the city.As a result of the urban distribution network planning in stages,nonlinear,and the characteristics of multi-objective optimization of urban distribution network system task appeared many problems such as too complex.We will use the main features of the distribution network planning and graph theory,geographical information system,the reliability index and a series of relevant theoretical support to further expand the optimization of urban distribution network planning model and expansion.For the typical urban medium voltage distribution network connection mode of in-depth study,Economy and reliability are discussed two aspects of content,and the development trend of urban distribution network planning in the connection mode and the general law.At the same time the reliability and economical efficiency of the all wiring mode makes the corresponding comparison,it is concluded that the existing between the special balance relationship.And according to the content,combined with the theory of value engineering support,is given to evaluate the degree of network connection mode and fundamental basis.The spatial data information obtained on the basis of GIS system analysis of the initial line layout method of the radiation network;The improved minimum spanning tree of the basic algorithm effective analysis it is concluded that the radiation network optimization wiring way.By putting a link optimization characteristics as a research the theoretical fundamental and method of the shortest path algorithm in the process of support,it is concluded that expansion and optimization of the main method of tie line,and according to the set up link the value of the reasonable scheme selection.To verify the validity of the proposed method,this paper mainly in fushun city XinFu area a 10 kv power distribution network as the research example,examine the proposed in this paper the process of optimizing the distribution network rack real efficiency.
