The development of city distribution network also has the wire table structure weakly, the power equipment obsolete, the accident rate high, the line overloads, reliable question in Our country, This article in order to solve the similar problem which North of Guiyang city wire table exists in the present, formerly the commonly used distribution network plan mathematical model and corresponding optimized solution in summary, In the predecessor research results foundation, according to the power distribution network characteristic, in assigns under the load level, Proposed one kind of matches in the in the city distribution network ,that 110kV transformer substation integer, transformer Taiwan number, capacity mathematical model are include, In this model objective function overall evaluation system all expense cost, and introduces the thought of Minimum-cost spanning tree algorithm, a use grain of Particle swarm optimization to extract the district electrical network each section of branch, Then obtains the entire Minimum-cost spanning tree, according to the principle of distribution network N-1, connects the district electrical network, In order to will form,this article make the 220kV transformer substation ring circuit in the high electric transmission end,finally, obtain result from North of Guiyang city electrical network carries on the development plan in 2010 year.
