Study On The Fault Of High Voltage Circuit Breaker Closing Coil In Power Grid

High voltage circuit breaker is a switch equipment of power system is one of the most important,it can load equipment charged to meet the normal state,disconnect,close and carry normal load current,according to the needs of the power system operation,part or all of the electrical equipment or line input or exit operation;At the same time,it can also load,open and close the specified abnormal current in the specified time,such as short circuit current,when the power system any part of the fault is,it will quickly remove the fault part from the system.Therefore,it is very important to stabilize the high voltage circuit breaker in power system.The actuator is an important part of high voltage circuit breaker,the reliability to a large extent affects the reliability of high voltage circuit breaker,through the analysis of the actuator can be obtained for high voltage circuit breaker closing operation process.The working state of the circuit breaker is by its own operating actuator control,and closing coil formally implemented a pioneer of operation command,but in recent years but often found operation circuit breaker coil burning phenomenon,resulting in the circuit breaker cannot continue to execute the operating command,a serious threat to the safe operation of the personal,equipment and power system.In this paper,through the analysis of the structure and principle of high voltage circuit breaker,on high voltage circuit breaker basic structure,work requirements,main components,fuck actuator and the control principle to be explored,and according to mechanical reasons,operating mechanism of secondary circuit(electrical)reason to reasonable understanding of the high-voltage circuit breaker closing coil burn out fault reason,and under a variety of reasons inquiry the improvement measures.And from the theory of applied to the example that the grid points in the closing coil burning explore prevention measures and improvement scheme,and three improvement scheme were screened,finally found the installation model self recovery fuse to prevent the coil burnt fault.At the same time,the self recovery characteristics of insurance wire,according to the characteristics of the selection,making high voltage circuit breaker when the system needs,can quickly and effectively(synthetic)brake action,timely cut open fault or changing the operating mode.
