| The circuit breaker is the most important high voltage equipment in the power system.It plays a dual role in controlling and protecting the power equipment.During normal operation,used to connect and disconnect the load current,change the main wiring operation mode;in electric power system fault,jump,closing command circuit breaker accept relay protection and automatic device,and millisecond speed to perform the tripping action,breaking short-circuit current,fault removal circuit,to avoid the spread of the accident.Effect of power supply reliability.Therefore,the reliable action of the circuit breaker is of great significance to the stable operation of the power system.The separation and closing electromagnet is the first stage control element for the operation of high voltage circuit breaker.All the protection functions of the breaker must be realized by the action of the electromagnetic coil.In practice,the circuit breaker often fails to move because of the inter turn short circuit of the electromagnetic coil.In view of the fault of the interturn short circuit of the circuit breaker,a device for detecting the interturn short circuit of the high voltage circuit breaker is designed and studied in this paper.This paper first analyzes the control loop detection scheme:multimeter measurement and megabyte measurement,simulated inductance method,exploration,induction of a test of high voltage,safe and effective and accurate detection of the detection method,and then based on the comparative analysis of high voltage pulse method and mean envelope method,decided to adopt the V/A curve drawing high voltage circuit breaker control coil the pulse method,this paper design and procurement assembly of the high-voltage circuit breaker control coil insulation fault detection instrument.This test has proved the high voltage circuit breaker control circuit detecting device of coil using effect by testing the device,convenient operation,intuitive and accurate test results the test results,the fault detection instrument can meet the detection requirements for the circuit breaker control loop interturn short circuit fault. |
