In recent years,the technology of distributed energy resource(DER)is developing fast as a kind of technology of energy internet and smart grid.However,a large scale connection of distributed energy resources can make the traditional grid unstable because the natural resources are intermittent.As an integrating solution of DER,the technology of virtual power plant(VPP)is created.VPP technology operates like a microgrid in the control level,but have a more distinct externality especially in economic efficiency.This paper researched on the VPP dispatching optimization considering the DER connection.Firstly,the operation characteristics of DER in VPP were analyzed and researched,then the math model of the relation between wind velocity and wind power output was provided;secondly,the time series prediction algorithm and the Bayes prediction algorithm were researched,and the output power prediction result of wind turbines were provided in different modes concerning the wind velocity-power matching error probability,then the two algorithms were compared and analyzed to provide the error analyses of the wind velocity-power prediction result;thirdly,the model of VPP comprehensive dispatching optimization and the objective function based on the wind power prediction were built,then the controllable load was considered as the controllable variate in the constraint condition to get the optimized output;finally,the Tabu search(TS)algorithm was combined with the seeker optimization algorithm(SOA)and a VPP system with 15 points was simulated and analyzed by this TS-SOA algorithm,then the optimized solutions and the economic efficiency of VPP were provided.According to the comparison of the two algorithms,the TS-SOA was proved right and applicable.
