Due to the lack of investment,the distribution network data acquisition is less,and the level of automation is low.Medium voltage distribution network is lack of data collection of 10 k V power network,so that the operators can not fully grasp the operation of distribution network.With the large-scale use of the low voltage acquisition device,operators have mastered a large number of low voltage distribution network data,low voltage data can be used for data analysis of medium voltage distribution network to compensate for the lack of data collection.Based on this background,this paper designs and develops a set of data management system which based on data integration and interaction,to help the operators to grasp the operation of the distribution network more comprehensively.In the process of development,based on the IEC61970/61968 standard,through a series of analysis and modeling of the distribution network,the output of the data in line with the CIM/XML standard format has been realizied,overcoming the problem of data format heterogeneity between different databases.A distributed and safe data access interface is constructed by using WCF and ADO.NET,which integrates the distributed load-control system,the GIS system,the DMS system.On the basis of the former,using the relevant ASP.Net,this paper designs and develops a information management system for medium and low voltage distribution network,realizing the integration of the Web monitoring and analysis of the middle and low voltage distribution network,enhancing the automation level of distribution network.
