The Study Of Data Management System Based On Standard IEC61970

On the basis of the research of standard IEC61970,According to deeply studying on Common Information Model, the article summarized the idea and method of CIM.The paper presents the idea of designing power system device database model on the base of CIM,and gives the mapping rules of the Common information model to the oracle9i database using Object Oriented technique.Subsequently,the paper finished the design of the data management based on standard IEC61970,with using C/S framework and the tool of Vc++,and the GUI which has the functions,such as user management,research and management of data,input or output of the CIM/XML file and supporting the unction of power system application interface.
