Wind power and photovoltaic power have had a rapid development.However,renewable resources such as wind power and solar energy are intermittent and volatile,the wind/PV power bases concentrated with a large scale of grids are generally away from power load center,the power source structure are restricted frequently by the coal and water shortage and regulatory power and demanding side response resources are lacking.All of the reasons above trouble the work of power grid dispatching.High-energy load has advantages including adjusting large capacity,fast respond and remarkable economical benefit.So if the high-energy load is involved in power grid dispatching,not only the outside channel pressure can be relieved but also the absorption of renewable energy increased.The paper firstly demonstrates the realistic significance of high-energy load's participation in pressure regulating of voltage-reactive power research by analyzing the influence when high-energy load is involved.Second,it studies and summarizes the performance characteristic,advantages and disadvantages,and applicable scenario of the present dynamic and static reactive power compensation devices.And the reactive power optimization model is established to consider the voltage quality and the reactive power compensation cost that are solved via improve genetic algorithm(GA),thus a tertiary reactive power control strategy with high-energy load involved in voltage regulation is presented.The strategy controls the regional grids with tertiary voltage via reactive power/voltage sensitivity information,maintains the grids' voltage at a reasonable level on the basis of the least action of reactive power compensation devices,thus it maximizes the absorption of renewable energy.At last,the paper verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the reactive power control strategy,taking the grids of Hexi District,Gansu Province as an example.
