There are abundant coal reserves under about 17950 square kilometers of land in the Huainan and Huaibei regions.Coal mining activities have started since more than a hundred years ago.As of the end of 2014,an area of about 400 square kilometers in the Huainan and Huaibei regions fell into subsidence area.Mining out of coal results in occurrence of surface cracks,surface subsidence,road damage and many other issues.In addition,the Huainan and Huaibei regions are rich in groundwater,which causes about 50% of the mining subsidence areas lower than the groundwater level.This results in existence of a large number of large and small lakes.With the rapid economic development of the Huainan and Huaibei regions,the coal resources mining will become more intense,which exacerbates the expansion of mining subsidence areas.This paper adds up the location,area,land nature and stability of the subsidence areas in five cities of the Huainan and Huaibei regions,and combines the light resources,geological profiles,the development direction of the water floating photovoltaic technology and power grid situations in the Huainan and Huaibei rgeions.It analyzes the feasibility of the plots for the water floating photovoltaic project,and plans the water floating photovoltaic projects in mining subsidence area of Huainan and Huaibei regions.It determines the overall installed capacity and batch construction scheme of projects in each city.According to the load characteristics and the photovoltaic output characteristics of Anhui power grid,the relationship between the photovoltaic output characteristics and the load characteristics of the power grid is obtained,and the grid integration idea of the PV station is determined.In addition,in this paper,the electricity access of the photovoltaic projects in each city is estimated,and the capacity of the city's electricity consumption is analyzed to put forward the design of the PV station access system and the configuration of the convergence station.By applying innovative technology and taking 50 MW photovoltaic power plant as an example,the typical configuration scheme of PV area and booster station is put forward,and the engineering investment of 50 MW PV power plant is estimated.With the increasing pressure on energy saving and emission reduction,China provides more and more policy supports on the development of new energy sources,especially the rapid development of PV in the eastern region.This paper can provide a reference for coal base transformation and water photovoltaic project development to promote development and utilization of new energy.
