With the rapid development of China's economy,the energy problem is becoming more and more prominent.Non-renewable energy is not enough to meet people's production and living needs.As the most abundant clean energy,solar energy resources play an important role in the energy system of our country.The photovoltaic power stations in China are mainly built in the northwest desert area with strong sunshine.However,due to the harsh environment,the surface of photovoltaic modules is easy to be covered by dust,resulting in hot spot effect.It not only affects the power generation efficiency,but also causes irreversible permanent damage to photovoltaic modules.In order to clean the dust on the surface of photovoltaic modules in the harsh working environment of China,this paper designs a set of intelligent cleaning system.It is used to clean the surface of photovoltaic module without water.This design is mainly divided into hardware and software parts.In the hardware part,STM32L152R8T6 low-power chip is used,and control module,power module,motor control module,GPS positioning and GPRS network communication module,sensor data acquisition module,self-detection and alarm module are designed and built.The hardware device communicates with the host computer through TCP/IP protocol.Oracle platform database is used for data storage.Redis memory database is used for data interaction.In order to display the detailed parameter information of the hardware device in the user interface intuitively,this paper uses Qt platform to build a visual user interface.At the same time,the control command of the upper computer can also be sent to the hardware through the visual user interface.Through the verification,the cleaning system can complete the cleaning work of photovoltaic module surface in the harsh working environment.In addition,it can realize automatic cleaning according to the weather change and the parameters of the equipment itself,and display all kinds of information in the visual user interface.It has achieved the goal of monitoring thousands of devices in several photovoltaic power plants in a monitoring hall.The intelligent cleaning system has high degree of automation,simple operation,can adapt to extremely harsh working environment and meet the actual engineering needs.
