Yunnan is an earthquake-prone province.Cold formed steel structures are widely used in post disaster reconstruction.According to the Notice of Yunnan Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development on Printing and Distributing the Local Planning Plan for the Construction of Project in 2010,Yunnan Province(2010)No.300),in order to improve the post-disaster relief period,As well as the general temporary housing quality and safety requirements,further standardize the standard of assembled cold-formed steel house design,production,transportation,construction and installation in Yunnan Province.The project group with Yunnan Construction Investment Machinery Co.,Ltd.and related Technical specification for the preparation of assembly board structure of light steel structure.For the research and application of light steel structure housing system in our country started relatively late,although specification gives the design method of cold bending steel,but for the design of such structural system,there is no specific provision.Specification for the purpose of this article studies the prefabricated light steel prefabricated houses lateral part of the lack of regulation.These are for prefabricated light steel structure housing activity technical regulation of resistance.So the group conducted a series of experiments.In this paper,the dynamic excitation method of a light steel activity board room is tested,and in this period,damping and frequency of the structure were obtained.In this paper,the active board of the light steel is experimented in situ and obtained under different loading levels The dynamic characteristics of the structure are analyzed.Based on the previous research results,the theoretical calculation and finite element calculation of the nodes were used in the building are analyzed to analyze the failure modes at the joints when the beam is subjected to the vertical load.The beam-The strain of the nodal domain is analyzed and the Y-direction loading displacement is between 0 to 190mm.The cold-formed thin-walled C-section steel in the column node domain is still in the elastic range.For the bending angle curve of the two different loading modes,the stiffness and displacement curve of the whole house are analyzed to obtain the anti-lateral stiffness of the whole house,and the formula of the lateral stiffness of the X-direction wall is deduced.The relationship between force and displacement curve of Y to the whole house is analyzed and compared with the force and displacement curve under one frame.The relationship between the resistance of lateral resistance and the single frame is studied.The calculation formula of the lateral stiffness of the Y-side of the house;On this basis,some suggestions with certain engineering reference value are put forward.
