Research&Planning And Design About Leisure Farm Based On The Theory Of Circular Economy

Leisure farm is the multifunctional and comprehensive park of collecting agricultural economic development,ecological environment protection and local cultural inheritance,based on agriculture production,relying on agriculture landscape resources,settlement landscape resources and agricultural culture resources,which provides visitors with entertainment,shopping,catering,accommodation and other services.Under the background of the severe problem about village,agriculture and farmer,agricultural transformation which is urgent,and the government of China encouraging leisure farm development,a lot of this kind of constructions appear in recent years all over the country.But along with the construction operation,it appears a series of problems,such as blind expansion,fuzzy project locating,similar items,energy waste,serious pollution and ecological destruction,which are becoming more and more prominent.In this thesis,through arranging relative research about leisure farms and circular economy theory at home and abroad,the circular economy theory and the inner needs of leisure farms have the same goal,the relative condition and a high concordance in the writer's opinion.Based on the implemented level of circular economy theory,leisure farms are divide into three categories,namely junior,middle and senior.On this basis of connecting the circular economy theory and analyzingand summarizing on the sample farm,current problems of leisure farms are divided into two main types,namely the problem in the planning and construction activities which consists of five types of specific issues contain the early stage of the design,function arrangement,road traffic design,architectural design,landscape design and the other problem in operation and management activities which is composed of two kinds of specific issues contain production activities and life activities.The corresponding strategies of above all these seven sides solve the problems.Eventually these strategies are practised and verified as the reference for the future planning and designing about leisure farms in the project of the Yimeng leisure form located in Fengshan Villiage of Dafang country,Bijie city,Guizhou province.
