There exists some varying degrees cracking and incline caused by building settlement,which some building were built in 80s an 90s of the last century according to the survey data,and the number of houses that was rebuilt and unautorized addition of layers is large,an accident is likely to happen if these buildings can not be taken tracking detection and time processing.Modern towns have rapidly developed at the same time the development of society and economic progress in Twenty-first Century,and the building is higher,the high rise building projects are springing up due to the increasingly tense urban planning and land supply,and in order to save land.The corresponding monitoring is needed during the construction,an d the settlement forecast of construction is also necessary during the construction for it is possible to have too large or unreasonable settlement because of the increase of the load,and because of the wide working space,the load of the high rise building is serious and complicated;it is possible to have too large or unreasonable settlement during the using influenced by kind of factors,such as the new buildings around,the changing of groundwater level.Making good monitoring and settlement prediction for the necessary preventing or remedial measures in case of problems.There are some conclusions through the theoretical arithmetic and the analysis of Abaqus finite element software:(1)The calculation parameters which are considered in the subarea is used in the theoretical model calculation in this article and considering the local settlement calculation experience.The theoretical calculation results of the rigid composite foundation are in good agreement with the settlement prediction results,maximum error 7.7%,minimum error 0.7%,average error 1.44%,and it has a good engineering accuracy,the theory can be used to reveal the distribution law of the final settlement of buildings.Therefore,this method is of general significance;(2)The regression prediction model based on Asaoka method has very high accuracy for the prediction of settlement process,and it is in good agreement with the settlement of each point of the project,it is suitable for the simulation of settlement and long-term settlement after the completion of the main load;(3)The reinforcement of natural foundation is used to reduce the settlement,minimum reduced by 27.7%,maximum reduced by 41.9%,average reduced by 37.4%,showed in case theoretical results.Therefore,the measures of strengthening of the base to reduce the effect of foundation settlement is significantly,and improving the safety of the foundation and superstructure,and also a good economic benefit.(4)The settlement rate of the building in the construction stage affects the settlement rate and the final settlement value of the construction stage,that is,the building subsidence rate during the construction is fast,the completion of the use of the settlement rate is also faster,the final settlement will be greater,conversely,the building subsidence rate during the construction is low,the completion of the use of the settlement rate is also lower,the final settlement will be smaller;(5)The corresponding measures should be taken in the construction stage to reduce the settlement and the final settlement of the building,the main measures in the construction is:construction organization and management;reasonable arrangement of construction time;reasonable arrangement of construction sequence;dealing with the soft foundation;protecting the undisturbed soil structure;strengthening construction monitoring. |
