The secondary system of substation is to protect,control,regulate and monitor the primary equipment,and it's also a device for operating and maintenance personnel to provide power system operation information and operation status of substation equipment.What's more,it usually includes the relay protection device,the measurement and control device,the computer monitoring system,as well as the connection of the secondary cable,the communication network and so on.The running status of the two system is directly related to the safety of the primary equipment and the stable operation of the power grid.With the development of new technology,the original substation automation system and the secondary equipment become more and more backward in technology.The secondary system reform is imperative.The secondary system intellectualized transformation of 500 kv substation has complex technology and difficult project implementation,what's worse,it has no mature technical plan,the implementation scheme or the typical experience of project management.In this paper,the method of system theory is used to study the secondary system transformation of the 500 kv substation.It introduces the basic theory and implementation steps of hard system method and soft system method,at the same time,it establishes Holzer 3D model structure of substation reconstruction project and model concept in soft system methodology.According to the steps of system analysis,try to analyze the current situation and problems of the secondary system of intellectualized transformation.It includes the current situation of the substation secondary system,the development of the new technology of the secondary system and common transformation mode of substation secondary system.During the problem analysis in the implementation of substation reconstruction project,clarify the power grid risk in the operation of substation,technical difficulty of transformation,transformation periods and time requirements.It is pointed out the difficulty of control and management of large scale substation.According to the determination of the target evaluation system of the secondary system reformation project of the substation,this paper evaluates the technical scheme,the scheme of power cut,the transitional scheme and the implementation plan,then obtain the optimal overall scheme.In the process of design and planning,it also puts forward the concept of transition interface scheme,and uses the means of technological innovation and management innovation to make up for the security risks caused by different stages of transformation.With the application of intelligent substation integration testing,try to change the critical path in progress control,meanwhile,the process flow of the whole substation is optimized.During the analysis on the organization measures of the secondary system in the intellectualized transformation,the soft system method is used to solve the problems in the construction site,and puts forward the suggestions and measures of organization,system and process.Of course,it ensures the “construction safety”,“construction progress”,and “construction quality".At the end of this paper,it introduces engineering practice of the 500 kv Shuanglong substation secondary system of the intellectualized transformation.The research contents in this paper are applied and good results are obtained.
