Furnace combustion of power station boiler is a complex physical and chemical process.The combustion state seriously affects the safety,economy and cleanliness of the power station.Therefore,it is of great practical significanc e for on-line monitoring and optimizing of boiler combustion process.Aiming at the actual combustion process of power station boiler,a kind of on-line monitoring system of boiler combustion status was designed and developed,which combined with the furnace temperature,the feature of combustion flame,unit operating parameters,economic index and pollution index.The main work of the paper is as follows:1.The whole frame and hardware system of the boiler combustion monitoring system is constructed.The monitoring system is mainly composed of three parts: combustion status monitoring station,furnace temperature detection and combustion image detection.The function of combustion status monitoring station includes flame temperature and image signal acquisition,recording,analysis,display,communication and so on.The furnace temperature detection is obtained by temperature measurement device.The CCD camera and the video acquisition processing card are used to obtain feature parameters of the combustion flame image.2.The software framework of the boiler combustion monitoring system is designed based on the layered modular idea.The demand analysis and subdivision of functional structure of combustion monitoring software are completed.The multithreading technology is adopted to coordinate the tasks of the data communication,graphic drawing,database operation and data processing.The problem of synchronization among threads is solved and the operation efficiency and real-time of the monitoring system are improved.3.According to the requirements of the communication between the host and different host devices,the communication protocol of the application layer is designed and implemented.Based on the low-level API function of Windows system,the serial communication class suitable for multi-thread structure program is designed and optimized.Aiming at the characteristics of several typical communication protocols,three kinds of serial communication modes are defined,which making each I / O interface operating completely independent and improving the stability and easy scalability of system.4.The database structure and access operation of the monitoring system are designed and implemented.Based on ADO and ADOX database object interface,a number of intelligent database pointer are established.The two types of databases are designed,which one stores the basic information,configuration parameters and the corresponding time of field instruments,another stores data of various field instruments.According to the data storage structure,the process of reading and finding large amounts of data are optimized and the performance of system is improved.5.The UI interface and system management function of boiler combustion monitoring system software are designed and implemented.The process flow chart,real-time trends,historical trends and fault alarm tips,as well as software control and operation are completed.
