| Distributed gas turbine CCHP system is one of the key points of the 13 th Five-Year Plan.Based on the experimental table of distributed micro-gas turbine CCHP system,the paper do some experiments of function and performance,whose experimental table has the advantages of energy saving,high efficiency,environmental protection and so on.In the development of high-speed turbines,the rotor stability problem is particularly prominent,so improve the test accuracy of the rotor shaft has become a hot spot.On the builted experiment table of distributed micro-gas turbine CCHP system,achieved the function of CCHP,remote control,on-line monitoring,data acquisition and analysis,and so on.By combining the rotor dynamics theory with the experimental spectrum of rotor vibration test,the characteristics of power frequency and low frequency are analyzed.it can help to solve the problem of rotor running stability,and then to improve the system performance.In this paper,through the slow rolling vector compensation method and thermal instrumentation compensation method,get on the internal and external compensation of the test accuracy respectively.Through compared the experimental data,the compensation of the data purified power frequency signal,eliminated or weakened the interference of the non-unbalanced response to power frequency signal,positioned of unbalanced positions precisely,and then carried out experiment of dynamic balancing precisely,reduced the error of the thermal instruments,improved the test accuracy of the system parameters greatly.Higher test accuracy provides more efficient test data for rotor run stability studies,as well as provides more reliable thermodynamic parameters to calculate performance of the thermal system.It can be better to improve the system performance. |
