With the increase of operating hours,the damage degree of metal material aging,wear and mechanical aggravate.The release of the welding stress and so on obviously affected the continuous operation of the boiler.The pressure of boiler explosion-proof increased in the daily production.Because of the lack of in-depth wear explosion-proof management system,the blast proof and grinding work are not grid controlled in boiler design,manufacture,installation,operation,maintenance,renovation.Especially the boiler operation and boiler body repair,there is a serious disconnect between knowledge of anti-abrasion and explosion proof personnel,not scientific reaction for inspection and operation guiding.In this paper,through the macro co-ordination of anti abrasion and explosion prevention,the knowledge of boiler operation and maintenance can be effectively combined.The common defects in the furnace are carefully combed,and the failure of water wall in soot blower is solved by QC method.First of all,the essence of generalized anti abrasion and explosion protection is introduced,and the concrete methods of preventing abrasion and explosion in narrow sense are expounded.Through combing the problems found in the production practice and the characteristics of the four corner tangentially fired boiler,the temperature field distribution above the burner,the velocity field distribution in the horizontal flue and the occurrence and damage of Carmen vortex in the furnace are described in detail.Secondly,the defects of two 600 MW four angle tangential firing boilers in a plant are analyzed.The screen,the screen separator and reheater mechanical wear failure forms,tail heating surface various fly ash abrasion,wear due to thinning caused by tube explosion,steam blowing loss,furnace flue gas pipeline side of the high temperature corrosion and the steam water side oxygen corrosion,fouling corrosion,stress corrosion,material hydrogen embrittlement,corrosion fatigue,oxide etc.are analyzed and put forward the corresponding countermeasures.In addition,through the investigation of the failure pipe of a water cooled wall in a factory,and carry out the work of anti abrasion and explosion prevention.We found that the boiler blowing dust device has a major drawback: blowing hydrophobic measuring point can not effectively reflect the preheating of soot blowing branch pipe,as a result of hydrophobic,and the soot blowing pipeline at the end of the soot blowing with water.Through field test and multi measures,the author creatively puts forward variable pressure drainage,which fundamentally solves the problem of water blowing in the field,and is of great value for popularization.Finally,anti-wear work,attention to work in dangerous scaffolding platform security risks,the larger the furnace tube row may cause dangerous situation,such as electric shock injury to carry out special instructions,so as to arouse the attention of the relevant personnel.
