Equipment Supervision Practice Of Energy Saving Renovation Project In Tuoketuo 600MW Subcritical Units

This paper combines practical application of energy saving row int the thermal power unit of power industry.Study on unit3 and unit4 in Inner Mongolia Datang International Tuoketuo power both of them is 600 MW subcritical wet cooling unit,we conducted a preliminary study of Transformation path.In order to achieve the goal,we analyzed a variety of transformation programs.Through the comparison of several schemes,we determined the final solution.In this paper,the comprehensive upgrade of unit3 and unit4 in Inner Mongolia Datang International Tuoketuo power are expounded from equipment selection,equipment supervision,project implementation and so on.The focus is equipment supervision system,Equipment supervision priorities and the supervision of the standard.Through security and practice of equipment supervision,we can assure the equipment production and installation quality qualified.So equipment supervision is the key factor in the project successfully.
