In recent years,the price of electricity coal is rising unceasingly,which brings great pressure to the cost of power plants and results in large scale losses.In order to reduce the generating cost and increase the profit,promoting energy saving and reducing consumption are very essential.The paper completes energy saving research of the boilers and the boilers'auxiliaries depending on the second phase of energy savings project "Research of promoting Efficient of 600MW Subcritical Units" of a GuoHua power plant.Through developing the Excel thermal design procedure,the paper carries on changing the operating mode thermal design for boiler of this power plant,and analysis the influences of actual operational factors to the efficient of boiler operation, then searches the optimization methods of the efficient of boiler operation;through the hydrodynamic force security checking calculations,the paper Confirms the feasibility and necessity of changing three boiler water circulating pumps operation to two pumps operation.The energy saving measures,which obtains powerful confirmation from experiments,has very important guiding significance for energy-saving and consumption-reducing in power plant.
