Dalian Taishan Power Plant 2×135MW unit circulating fluidized bed boiler?CFB?unit put into operation in 2005,desulfurization method is through the boiler to add limestone powder,although this method is not low efficiency,but there is removal of the upper limit,resulting in SO2,NOX Flue gas emissions have been greater than 200mg/Nm3.July 1,2014,according to the latest version of thermal power plant air pollutant discharge standards,if SO2,NOX emissions are still greater than 200mg/Nm3 that is excessive emissions,will stop production deadline Governance,and made a huge fine.In order to avoid this risk,the protection of Dalian Taishan power plant normal operating profitability,must be 1,2 desulfurization and denitrification transformation.Boiler according to ROFA+Rotamix desulfurization and denitrification transformation,SO2,NOX emission content of less than 200mg/Nm3,to meet the environmental indicators.Desulfurization limestone consumption has decreased,calcium and sulfur molar ratio was significantly lower,but higher than the design guarantee value.Furnace before the transformation of the limestone system,continuous operation for more than two years time,there is no blocking phenomenon,the system is running stable.Boiler SO2,NOX total emissions significantly reduced,that is,to achieve energy-saving emission reduction,but also has a huge social impact.After the reforming of desulfurization,there are still some problems to be further optimized.By reducing the outlet area of the furnace and changing the aspect ratio of the furnace outlet,the separation efficiency of the separator is increased,the return material is increased,the bed temperature is reduced,The transformation also increased the concentration of particles in the dilute phase area,prolonged the reaction time of limestone particles and SO2 flue gas in the dilute phase area,enhanced the desulfurization efficiency and reduced the ratio of calcium to sulfur.Practice has proved that the continuous desulfurization and denitrification system optimization to the intended purpose,which is similar to the CFB unit desulfurization and denitrification transformation has a guiding and reference.
