Research On Project Management Of Desulfurization & Denitrification Engineering In Spic Dalian Taishan Thermal Power Plant

At present,China's environmental protection more and more attention,so the relevant business requirements are increasing year by year,in this context,the thermal power plant is bound to introduce desulfurization and denitrification of this project,enterprises support the country's environmental policy,An enterprise should bear the responsibility of public interest.In July 2014,the most stringent rules in China's history of fire power plants on the air pollution emissions of the deadline.From the beginning of the introduction,this standard is the thermal power enterprises known as the "nine earthquake plus tsunami." Because it covers several important emission targets,such as sulfur dioxide,soot,etc.,because the required indicators are very high,more than a lot of national standards,which allow domestic enterprises to reduce pollution,reduce emissions on the important agenda schedule.China Power Investment Dalian Taishan Thermal Power Plant,one of China's five major power generation groups,China Electric Power Investment Corporation,the company at the end of 2005 into two 135 MW unit circulating fluidized bed boiler(CFB)unit,the use of furnace to add limestone way to desulfurization,But the desulfurization efficiency is low,and the emission of flue gas SO2 concentration can not meet the national environmental protection requirements,restricting the sustainable development of Taishan.From the end of 2012 to March 2014,the company began to implement desulfurization and denitrification technology transformation project.Based on the basic knowledge of project management,this paper introduces the quality management,cost management and progress management of the project,and analyzes the existing situation of the project.Related issues and the causes of the problems.On this basis,combined with the project management theory,the project management plan of desulphurization and denitrification project of Taishan Thermal Power Plant was designed,and the management plan was put forward from the aspects of schedule management,cost management and quality management.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the project management plan,the paper puts forward the corresponding measures to implement the safeguard measures.Finally,this paper summarizes the whole paper,summarizes the research results of the desulfurization and denitrification project,and the smooth implementation of similar projects of other thermoelectric companies in China for reference.
