Research On Extracting Method Of Buildings Information Based On Construction Drawing

Building is an important part of the city.As the smart city building boom in many cities,to reconstruct it is the hot and difficult points of wisdom in urban construction.However,three-dimensional models of existing buildings mostly based on "look" perspective of building extraction surface details.This surface model to show the appearance of the building,unfit in indoor applications,such as analysis of indoor navigation,fire and emergency.Meet smart city architectural analysis and application of integration of indoor and outdoor needs,need to build buildings with extensive building information model.Therefore,to build an indoor building model analysis of the integration as the goal,building information extraction method based on construction drawing research.Contents and results of this research include:(1)Building components classification and informationIn this paper,based on the existing classification standards of building components,where summarizes and sorts out the contents of construction drawings and the characteristics of drawing,and classifies the building components.Semantic analysis of building elements in construction drawing,geometric,information such as location,properties,and relationships of expressions for this paper provides a theoretical basis for building information extraction.(2)Information-oriented construction data inspectionArchitectural design and drafting of relevant national standards based on the specifications,the analysis of factors influencing quality of construction data,knowledge of component-oriented architecture the building is information extraction rules,and component data validation based on knowledge rule,specification drawings expression of data and information.(3)Information extraction of components based on construction drawingFrom the point of view of building component expressions and characteristics in the construction drawing of the building components,different information extraction method for classification,extraction of building components,semantic orientation,geometry,attribute and relationship information,forming a three-dimensional model with complete element information of buildings.(4)Prototype system design and example verificationThe user-friendly interface prototype system designed to verify the feasibility and applicability of this method.Using ObjectArx,ArcGIS Engine and NetTopologySuite class library on the construction drawing of the building information extraction and identification,the final use of VTK and 3D Max model display.Research results show that the proposed building information extraction method based on construction graph can effectively check the building construction where the data does not conform to the standard,information can quickly extract building elements.This drawings design specifications construction component of information expression,for building modeling in a Smart City provides a convenient and efficient method of construction.
