Hardware products are widely used in a wide range of products,from its life cycle point of view,a complete study of its reliability growth mechanism and its estimation problems,can more effectively promote or accelerate the reliability of product growth and improve product reliability.More accurately predict the reliability of growth and its application to the product warranty period of optimal design,which greatly enhance the economic efficiency of enterprises and market competitiveness.In this paper,the qualitative and quantitative methods are used to analyze the reliability growth mechanism and estimation of the hardware product in its whole life cycle,and the typical hardware products-a kind of wall-mounted air conditioning for the application of research object This paper presents a hardware product warranty optimization design method based on reliability estimation and clustering analysis.Firstly,the characteristics and components of hardware manufacturing system are analyzed from the point of view of system engineering theory,and the basic factors influencing the reliability of hardware product life cycle are given.According to the characteristics of the hardware development stage,the trial production stage,the comprehensive production stage and the adjacent stage,the corresponding reliability influence factors are given.In order to grasp the influence of the relevant factors on the reliability of the product,the multivariate linear regression analysis was carried out by using SPSS statistical analysis software,and the significant influence factors and the influence degree of each stage were described quantitatively.Aiming at the step change of the product reliability in the phase conversion process,a cusp catastrophe model based on the catastrophe theory is constructed,and the influencing factors of the mutation are analyzed in detail.By using the normalized formula of the mutation function combined with the fuzzy membership function The calculation of the membership function of the total running condition of the system is described,and the application of four production line systems of a hardware product manufacturer is studied.Finally,the paper puts forward the research strategy of using the reliability estimation results of the product and the fuzzy C-means clustering method to carry out the warranty period,and uses the wall-type air conditioner as the case analysis object to carry on the application research.This paper presents qualitative and quantitative research results based on multiple linear regression and mutation theory in the hardware product life cycle and the reliability growth mechanism of adjacent phases.The product warranty based on reliability level and fuzzy C-means clustering is proposed And to lay the foundation for the further research work,which has certain theoretical and practical significance for promoting the reliability growth in the hardware product life cycle and effectively applying the growth result.
