To guarantee the reliability of new products, accelerate the speed of research and development and reduce waste, is the realistic and serious problem. With the development of science and technology, products have trended to multi-function, automation and systematization, it is hard to enhance the reliability to a given reliability level with the shortest time and the least money through blind design revision. Therefore, reliability growth has been gaining attention.The traditional plan of reliability growth is arbitrary, the growth process limited to the development phase, at the same time, the information management and statistical analysis are complicated, it is almost impossible to be accomplished just rely on the manual. Because of this, it is urgent to find out a reasonable method of the reliability growth management and analysis during the whole life cycle in the engineering sector. In order to meet the requirement, this dissertation studies the application and analysis methods of the reliability growth models deeply in the whole life cycle, and then completes the reliability growth test data management and analysis system independently.For the purpose of developing this useful software to organize reliability growth based on the engineering, from the aspect of software engineering, aiming at the traits of reliability growth test data, this dissertation designed the system and completed the codes considering management and analysis. It introduced the reliability growth models and the methods of reliability growth analysis, discussed and concluded the ways of reliability growth test data analysis, and discussed the theory of reliability growth forecast and the methods of information management during the whole life cycle, completed the soft application based on computer technology and database technology. Through the imitation and test, this software was characteristic of the fast computation, convenient operation, friendly interface, and the high precise analysis. The software could be used by the company or the institute to implement the reliability growth test.
