Road transportation of commercial vehicles is one of the important links in the logistics system of the vehicle supply chain.The daily plan for road transportation of commercial vehicles is of great practical value for hoisting the vehicle logistics efficiency,reducing the transportation cost and improving the quality of automobile sales logistics service.Based on the field investigation and analysis,taking the daily plan for road transportation of commercial vehicles of D Vehicle Manufacturing Company as its study object,this paper points out that there are problems in real operation plan and dispatch,such as long planning cycle,too much reliance on experience of schemers,high no-load rate,extensive management of carriers and too simple support of logistics for sale.On the basis of this,this paper,taking order delivery as the greatest goal,puts forward a daily plan mode with four stages including order processing,capacity reservation,capa city allocation and manual adjustment,by using the supply chain management thought,the vehicle logistics characteristics and the specific situation of the enterprise.For the order processing stage,the order priority is distinguished from multi-dimensions such as the order time,customer level and order level,and the calculation for order ranking value is continuously carried out,so that the delivery priority sequence is provided in case of lacking commercial vehicle inventory.For the capacity reservation stage,an integer linear programming mode is established,the capacity for non-ordinary order is preferentially reserved to ensure that non-ordinary order is preferentially loaded in case of lacking capacity.For the capacity allocation stage,the optimization model aiming at maximizing the value of order delivery is established,taking into account a number of real restrictions including the capacity restriction,the stowage restriction of cars,the quota restriction of the market area for carriers,the order demand and the number of the unloading points.The preliminary results of the plan are given;at this stage,in order to improve the calculation efficiency,the region-based cycle plan is taken,and the calculation scale is reduced to meet the requirements for the daily plan in the program running time.Finally,by means of manual adjustment,the remaining capacity is checked,and non-full loaded cars are manually adjusted.Finally,taking the ILOG CPLEX optimization engine software as the platfor m,the main process for the system of the daily plan for road transportation of commercial vehicles is designed and developed.And one-month actual order data of D Vehicle Manufacturing Companyis selected for case verification.The results show that this daily plan system can quickly generate a more reasonable stowage and delivery plan,effectively taking into account many practical factors such as sales support and carrier management and meeting the timeliness requirements,providing a better basis for the further development of the optimized system of the daily plan for road transportation of commercial vehicles.
