With the science and technology developing, the large size bulk carriers play an important role in the shipping market. Due to improper loading plan, it might cause bad influence, such as the damage of the ship’s structure, the demurrage of ship. What’s worse, the ship is prohibited to taking action in that harbor. This paper does some research about the loading plan’s safety and feasibility to reduce the adverse influence and the human error.The author establishes the mathematical model based on one loader and double loader. After verification of the ship, the model is feasible. The author designs a program to calculate the loading time base on C#. According to the program, we can know whether the loading time meets the requirement of harbor time limit. It should, analyzed the safety and feasibility respectively through the author’s mathematical model. According to the characteristics of exponential function, people can choose the stowage plan which is meeting the requirement of stability, draft and strength. Then people can use the program to check the feasibility of the stowage plan and loading sequence whether it is the suitable one. The fact proves the mathematical model is feasible.To reduce the effect of human error, people can adjust the loading sequence to control the floatation of ship so as to prolong the ballast pump’s favorite work condition. And this method can result the safe and feasible loading plan.
