| Scheduling of EMU(Electric Multiple Units)maintenance is an important part in the process of passenger transport organization of high-speed railway.It has a significant impact on ensuring the running safety of EMU,improving the service quality of EMU,controlling the operation cost of high-speed railway.With the development of high-speed railway in our country,research on EMU maintenance plan is not only very necessary but also very urgent under a network condition.Most of the existed domestic research mainly focuses on the EMU operation rather than EMU maintenance plan.In the process of EMU operation schedule,train-set is used in national railway network and only a few lines are choosed,which cannot meet the needs for EMU maintenance plan under a network condition in the future.On the other hand,there are many differences between domestic and abroad in high-speed railway operation system and railway network scale,so it is very hard to draw lessons from foreign experience in operation.With the EMU maintenance plan establishment presenting a trend of complication,higher requirement are put forward for the scheduling of EMU maintenance.Based on abundant domestic and foreign references,this thesis carries out theory and method studies on the EMU maintenance plan considering about the characteristics of Chinese EMU operation and maintenance.First of all,this paper analysises the theoretical basises of EMU maintenance plan establishment and carries on research based on the cluster operation of EMU,aiming at the train lines,layout of maintenance resource.This pattern advantages the cooperation of running operation and maintenance plan and can improve the usage of EMU,meanwhile makes the cost of maintenance lower.Then determines the proper position and key elements in EMU maintenance plan,simultaneously makes specific analysis on the connotation and influencing factors of the maintenance scheduling planning problem for EMU.Based on the adaptive analysis,a mathematics model for EMU overhaul maintenance plan is constructed by using switching network method.This model is based on the basis of initial utilization state and historical maintenance data,and minimizes the total cost of EMU maintenance and takes the maintenance standard of EMU and connection time standard of route as the key constraint condition.The maintenance accumulative parameters are used to determine when to inspect and repair the EMU and described using the delivering mechanism,for they are dynamic variables.Then according to the characteristic of train-units switching network and ants travel,this paper proposes a rolling solving idea,which transfer the EMU maintenance plan optimization problem into several optimization problems in small cycle.Meanwhile,an improved Ant Colony Algorithm is designed which boosts by time-series.Finally,taking the timetable under network condition as example,this paper makes the EMU maintenance plan in cluster-type operation pattern.The results show that this method can reduce the total cost of EMU maintenance and maintenance resources in the premise of EMU combined reasonably and can be repaired timely. |
