To meet the fast-growing passenger transport demand, our country has been buildingpassenger dedicated lines in many places. According to the latest "long-term railwayplanning", in the next few years, our country passenger dedicated railway mileage will reachmore than1.6million kilometers.Fast passenger corridor would be established among thecapital cities and metropolis, planning "the four longitudinal four horizontal lines" andintercity passenger rapid transit system.Presently, our country passenger dedicated linesgradually tend to nets. With EMUs the main type train which runs suitably and allowably onthe passenger dedicated lines. EMUs scheduling will greatly impact the efficiency and benefitof the whole passenger dedicated lines operation.Firstly, by looking through many literatures, this paper summarizes the domestic andforeign research results and analyzes existent problems regarding to train units operationpattern and passenger crew scheduling plan, making an improvement on the existing researchbased on absorbing related research achievements. By comparison, suggested the use of highefficiency, not too difficult to solve train units planning and be established by the desciptionof the crew scheduling problem and assuming conditions.Secondly, this paper analyzes the Train diagram, Organizational high-speed rail transport,the main factors affecting the EMU vehicle use is analyzied deeply, and find out Train UnitsOperation Pattern and Passenger Crew Scheduling Plan is two main factors.Thirdly,in connection with the characteristics of train units operation plan problem, thispaper comes up with an establishing approach to the train units operation plan whichoptimizes the train units operation, reservation and maintenance integrately; setting themaximum efficiency, minimum maintenance number and least maintenance work time as theoptimization objective, an improved ant colony algorithm discussed in this paper is one ofoptimal algorithms based on a mufti-objective optimization model of train units operationplan.Taking Beijing-Tianjin inter-city passenger line and the timetable under networkcondition as example, and find oue the optimization method. It manifests by example thatboth the model and method proposed are basic not only, but also reliable and practical.Fourth, aiming at the problem of passenger crew scheduling plan, simulated annealingalgorithm for the model was provided,and the optimal model’s correctness and algorithm’seffectiveness were confirmed by numerical experiments,and algorithm’s effectiveness wereconfirmed by numerical experiments. According to the practical compiling approach ofGuangzhou-Shenzhen line crew scheduling plan, this paper bring forward a solution strategyof the crew overworking problem. Compared with the present plan of crew scheduling, theimproved plan effectively solve this problem. Which show us it is of great implementation.Finally, the paper concluded the research working and existing problems, and the furtherwork is prospected. |
