Hazardous materials is a kind of special materials,in the process of hazardous materials transportation,handling,and storage,it is likely to cause person casualties,property damage and environmental pollution.So it is a very important and necessary matters for government and transportation enterprises to choose a safe and economic route to guarantee the safety and economic efficiency for hazardous materials transportation,futhermore,it is conducive to protect people's life and property safety,maintain social public security and protect natural environment.This paper takes hazardous materials transportation network optimization as the research object.Firstly,the emergency encounter reliability model for hazardous materials transportation network was established on the basis of reliability analysis,and a risk model was also established based on hazardous materials classifications and accidents rank.Secondly,the multi-objective bi-level programming model,which is under certain risk,was established by combining hazardous materials transportation network emergency encounter reliability model and user equilibrium model,and the bi-level programming model algorithm was used to solve the multi-objective bi-level programming model,then a case study was given to conduct study and analyze.Thirdly,the robust bi-level programming model,which is under uncertain risk,was established by combining hazardous materials transportation network security reliability model and user equilibrium model,and the bi-level programming model algorithm was used to solve robust bi-level programming model,then a case study was given to conduct study and analyze.Finally,the robust bi-level programming model,which is under uncertain OD demand,was established by combining hazardous materials transportation network emergency encounter reliability and model and user equilibrium model,and the bi-level programming model algorithm was used to solve the robust bi-level programming model,then a case was given to conduct study and analyze.The research results show that the multi-objective bi-level programming model under certain risk and robust bi-level programming model under certain risk and robust bi-level programming model under uncertain OD demand for hazardous materials transportation network has a certain reference value for choosing proper transportation path,improving the safety reliability,reducing the transportation risk,improving transport efficiency of hazardous materials transportation.
