The length of Dazhun railway is 264 km.It has a 48 million tons annual volume of traffic.Along the railway line,there are 112 bridges and 28 tunnels;it had complicated local geomorphologic shapes and frequent natural disaster.Bridges and tunnels became safety nodes of Dazhun railway which affect the safety of transportation.Now Dazhun railway has already operated for many years.After increasing transportation volume,diseases of bridges and tunnels have appeared along this railway line,potential safety hazard existed.Many diseases of the tunnels appeared constantly,such as crack of lining,damage by water and so on.And there was still much disease that hasn't been detected yet,the potential safety hazard can't be eliminated completely,the constantly increasing transportation volume requirement can't be reached,so it was very significant and necessary to establish a safety assessment system of Dazhun railway.For this purpose,this thesis controls the safety of Dazhun railway by controlling the safety of the bridges and tunnels on this railway line.Firstly,this thesis analyzes the cause,failure mechanism and affection of the disease,and makes a comparison among different kinds of diseases so that the relative and absolute importance of all the diseases can be judged.Secondly,based on the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process,this thesis establishes a safety assessment system of the significant parts of the bridges and tunnels along Dazhun railway line.At the same time,it also establishes a comprehensive assessment mode which includes all the existing diseases about bridges and tunnels to control the transportation safety of Dazhun railway.And then,reach the purpose of mastering the safety condition of Dazhun railway and reasonable demonstration.In the end,take the uplink of Qingshuihe work area of Dazhun railway(K214+200~K225+000)as an example,with the help of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process,referencing the field survey and data of the bridges and tunnels along the railway line before(especially the recent detection report of the bridges and tunnels along Dazhun railway),according to the comparison of the diseases existed in the bridges and tunnels,this thesis establishes the indicator assessment system and comprehensive assessment mode.This system assesses the safety condition reasonably and objectively.The results proved the effectiveness and reliability of this mode.At last,it provide an effective way to assess,manage and maintain the railway for the operation department.
