According to the statistics,last year,39 cities have been built or have been planning to build rail transit,and the total investment exceeded 780 million Yuan per day.It is predicted that up to 2020,China's domestic cities which have rail transit will reach 50,and the total length in operation will reach 6000 km,investment in this area will also be close to 4 trillion Yuan.Although such a large-scale rail transit construction can improve the urban traffic congestion,the probabilities of quality accident of subway tunnel has also been upgraded,and it has attracted great attention to the quality risk of subway shield.Therefore,in order to control quality risk of Metro tunnel,reduce risk losses,we need to understand the quality risk level in the early stage of the project,find the biggest quality risk factors and control it.So combine with a shield tunnel project of Chengdu Metro Line 7,this paper did a quality risk assessment on it.According to the project used in this paper,which includes the tunnel's quality risk level and the biggest quality risk factors in the project,this paper was mainly consisted of 3 parts.In the first part,this papers mainly introduced the project situation of a shield tunnel of Chengdu Metro Line 7 line,then using some methods and theories which includes "WBS","Fishbone figure","causal figure" and so on,this paper completed the identification of quality risk which includes 5 aspects----people,technology,management,mechanical and environment.In the second part,this paper established a risk index system and get original data by using experts survey method,then made an assessment about the quality risk of this project,which is based on the entropy-weight fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and come to the conclusion that the quality risk of this tunnel is in the middle level,and the project quality risk is high in environment and technology,the conclusion is agree with the actual,and proves that the entropy-weight fuzzy comprehensive method is practiclness and easy operation.Finally in the third part,with the results in the previous section,this paper proposed preventive measures about the risks of environment and technology,and lay a solid foundation for the prevention of the quality risk of the tunnel project.This paper creatively quoted the entropy-weight based fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method increased the accuracy and objectivity of evaluation results,enriched the theory of subway tunnel risk assessment method.
