In this paper,the Chinese Academy of Aeronautics and Astronautics Machinery Research Institute of Hunan Province science and technology major project "gas turbine drive system development and industrialization" sub-project-shaft dynamic characteristics test for the project source,the development of a vibration test system to study TGB80 planets Gear box vibration characteristics.The planetary gearbox has many advantages such as strong carrying capacity,small volume,high transmission precision and constant power.It is a key part of the large-scale rotating machinery transmission system.In the event of failure,the gear box can cause huge damage,so it is necessary to monitor and diagnose its operating status.However,due to the complexity of the structure andmotion of the planetary gearbox,and it always work in a complex environment,the vibration signal presents non-stationary,non-linear and FM characteristics,which take the conventional analysis method can not effectively extract the vibration information.LabVIEW,which is an open development environment includes many powerful signal analysis kitsthat provide us with a deeper analysis of the signal,is a graphical programming language developed by NI in the United States.However,the EMD Toolkit is not available in the LabVIEW Signal Analysis Pack.In view of the above problems,this paper focuses on the TGB80 planetary gearbox vibration state monitoring and fault diagnosis,and studies the advantages of empirical mode decomposition and cepstrum in fault diagnosis of gearbox.The main contents are as follows:(1)the development of a vibration test system to achieve the TGB80 planetary gearbox status monitoring and fault diagnosis.(2)In-depth study of the characteristics of the planetary gearbox vibration signal,aiming at its non-stationary and nonlinear characteristics,the method of combining the empirical mode decomposition and the cepstrum is proposed for the subsequent TGB80 planetary gearbox.The extraction of vibration signal characteristics provides a theoretical basis.(3)LabVIEW software as a platform to develop EMD toolkit for future calls,and through experiments to verify the method in the planetary gearbox fault diagnosis in the practicality.(4)Analyze the vibration signal of TGB80 planetary gear box,and apply the method of empirical mode decomposition and cepstrum to the fault feature extraction to judge the fault type of gear box.To judge the fault type of gear box with empirical mode decomposition and cepstrum that extract the fault feature of the vibrationsignal of TGB80 planetary gear box.
