With the development of social economy,people's quality of life generally improved,the car has not only just as a mean of transport to convenience everyone's travel.There are increasingly demands on car,not only limited to consider power performance,driving safety and fuel economy,while more and more attention to driving operability and comfort.It is people's increasing demands to force the car manufacturers concerned about optimization of the transmission's shift performance,and improve the transmission's shift performance,and it is not only beneficial to improve the fuel economy,power performance,but also reduce the heavy shift,unclear feeling of shift and shift shock.The improvement of these details will help enterprises increasing the market competitiveness.At present,the domestic automobile manufacturers uses five-point scale or ten-point scale subjective evaluation method to evaluate mechanical transmission shift quality,but this subjective evaluation method only roughly evaluate the transmission gear quality grade,can't determine the specific factors which affecting shift quality,and greatly influenced by artificial factors.Therefore,many domestic universities are committed to establish a relatively objective evaluation method to evaluate the transmission shift quality,but most of the evaluation index of the evaluation method is relatively single.This paper attempts to select the evaluation index from the static and dynamic aspects,establish the shift quality evaluation system,and test the feasibility of the method with the experimental data.First of all,this paper studies the manual mechanical transmission shifting system,analyzes shifting process from outside shift system,internal shift system and synchronizer,finds out the influence factors that affect the shift performance to lay a foundation for selecting shift quality evaluation index.Secondly,this paper introduces the traditional system of evaluation and analyzes its advantages and disadvantages.The static objective evaluation indexes and the dynamic objective evaluation indexes are put forward,and given the evaluation scale.The relational matrix analysis is used to assign the weight of the dynamic objective evaluation index,and analyzed the efficiency of each gears.Then,this paper establishes the evaluation system of mechanical transmission shift quality.Again,this paper introduces custom-built experimental apparatus from the mechanicalpart,the electrical part and the software part,then,testing the shift performance of the transmission from both static and dynamic aspects.The shift quality of the transmission is determined by using the evaluation system of mechanical transmission shift quality.Finally,this paper establishes the mechanical model of the mechanical transmission on the AMESim simulation platform,and analyzes the effects of the input at the handle,the lever ratio of the shift lever,the stiffness of the self-locking spring,the friction coefficient and the angle of the synchronous ring.
