Transmission is an important part of automotive system, the development and application of automatic transmission make drivers not easy to fatigue. The dual clutch transmission not only has the advantages to make cars have good dynamic and economy capabilities which other automatic transmissions have, but also has the advantages of transmission efficiency which is belong to the manual transmission. It can base on the wealth of existing manual transmission equipment to be produced, so it has a good inheritance, developing DCT has many advantages, and it also has more broad prospects.This thesis researches the DCT, discusses different types of the automatic transmission, and introduces the domestic and foreign present development states of DCT briefly. Introduce the one parameter, two parameters and three parameters shift schedules.Make out the shift schedules of optimal dynamic performance and optimal economic performance, combine with the shift schedules of the two optimal performance to determine the shift schedule of comprehensive performance with using different throttle that reflect different driving intentions.Develop the related software. Introduce the working principle of DCT, analyze and build models of the engine torque and fuel consumption. Establish the model of automobile resistances when the car is driving. Research the operating states of changing DCT gears, analyze dynamic equations of each operating states, and build the corresponding simulation models of simulink. Obtain the overall vehicle simulation model, bring the three kinds of shift schedules which have been calculated into the overall model, and compare the influences of three kinds of shift schedules which reflect the correlation properties.There is a direct relevance between shift quality and the feelings of drivers and passages, shift quality affect the satisfaction with occupants of cars, and the traditional evaluations of shift quality only research on the impact, or only shift time or friction work. Only research from the vehicle performance of power, economy, comfort and durability. The traditional evaluations are not enough, the number of performance indexes are too little. The vehicle performance can not comment on the properties of the transmission system in detail. Combine multiple level analysis and fuzzy control methods to establish evaluation system of DCT shift quality. Use fuzzy control method to establish the relationship between evaluation indexes and riding comfort. Use multiple level analysis method to establish mapping relationship from evaluation indexes to power performance, economy, shift smoothness and drivetrain durability. At last, use multiple level analysis method to establish the mapping relationship between the overall index and the vehicle performances which include power performance, economy, comfort, durability and comfort with multiple level analysis method, eventually develop software for evaluation system of shift quality.
