In recent years,green and sustainable development has become the main trend of research,therefore,the development of recycled concrete is the trend of the times and essential.Under normal circumstances,the study of recycled concrete is to waste concrete and other construction waste as recycled aggregate ratio of recycled concrete.Therefore,the mechanical properties of recycled concrete are less than that of ordinary concrete.In this paper,the experimental study on the mechanical properties of recycled concrete blocks which is a new type of structure,so as to improve its performance.the main contents are as follows:1.The orthogonal test was carried out on the mix proportion of recycled concrete with the new recycled concrete block,the optimal combination of recycled concrete is obtained by orthogonal test is: the water consumption is 220kg/m3,the water cement ratio is0.5,the replacement rate of recycled coarse aggregate is about 75%,and the replacement ratio of fine aggregate is about 50%.The results show that the replacement ratio of recycled aggregate has the greatest influence on the compressive strength of recycled concrete,and the compressive strength of recycled concrete decreases with the increase of aggregate replacement ratio.2.The compressive strength test of recycled concrete blocks.Through experimental analysis,the core strength of the influence of compressive strength,with the increase of core strength,compressive strength of block also increased.When the core strength of C30,C40,compressive strength of block can meet the requirements of bearing block as its strength,respectively 17.25 MPa,18.43 MPa.The new masonry material can be used as a green wall material which can replace the common masonry material.3.The experimental study on flexural strength of recycled concrete block.Through the experimental analysis model of recycled concrete flexural failure is a process and not like the ordinary block in fracture,and the fracture appears in the column edge,due to steel high tensile strength and has good ductility,so the reinforced hoop part improves the flexural strength of recycled concrete,the part without stirrups the protection of the damage and fracture.4.The compressive strength of recycled concrete block model for mechanical analysis and analysis of the test data calculation formula of recycled concrete block compressive strength,and provide a theoretical basis for the compressive strength of recycled concrete block model.5.The experimental study on shear strength of recycled concrete block masonry model.6.Provide some suggestions for the application of a new type of recycled concrete block masonry in Engineering.
