Design Of High Capacity Signals Acquisition And Storage System

In sonar systems, analog circuits are indispensable components. Analog signal conditioning functions including filtering, amplification are implemented relying on the analog circuits. Analog circuit with reliability and accurate performance parameters is essential for the sonar system. An sonar systems used in measurement and calibration equipment must be accurate,and there is a strict requirement in reliability.In this paper, for the expansion of existing sonar measurement capabilities integrated measurement system,specifically developed a sixteen-channel analog amplifier with adjustable gain. Due to the special nature of the intended use , requires amplification system must have high gain accuracy, and the preamp and the hydrophone can be connected directly.Amplifier uses a high voltage amplifier reliability of traditional structure,the chassis panel setting switch , adjust the zoom manually adjust the gain . This paper provides a detailed amplifier design, computer simulation , and the whole assembly methods include selection,circuit functional devices , in addition also gives the key technical difficulties and response measures need to be addressed to achieve this amplifier.In order to fully and accurately measure the amplifier an test platform are specially designed and developed , using NI signal generation and data acquisition equipment, and through LABVIEW development tools,complete a set of display control software. The display control software platform for the management of the test, the test platform with the ultimate multi- channel analog circuit parameters testing capabilities , especially automated testing capabilities to achieve consistency between the channels , significantly improves the efficiency of the circuit parameters of the measurement.Finally, the amplifier system was tested by the test platform, the test results showed that all indicators have reached the amplifier design requirements. The test results also demonstrate the efficiency and reliability of the platform for measurements.
