Due to the complexity of the two jet thrust vector system and the poor working condition of the heat flow test,it is necessary to do research on cold flow before the heat flow experiment was carried out,so that to obtain relevant influence factors and rules.In order to reduce the workload of cold flow experiment,carry out numerical calculation of the cold flow secondary injection in advance,investigate its rule and provide the design basis for the experiment,it is very meaningful to explore the characteristics and related influencing factors of the cold flow secondary injection thrust vector control system.In this paper,using the conservation Navier-Stokes equations and Realizable k-epsilon turbulence model,the 3-d numerical simulation research is done for the solid rocket engine cold flow secondary injection thrust vector control system.The image of the complex internal flow field in the cold flow secondary injection thrust vector control system is obtained(including complex vortex system structure and wave system structure,etc.),which contribute to analyzing the mechanism of lateral control and its impact on mainstream axial control.Aiming at the geometric factors and physical factors of the secondary injection,single variable control method is used to carry out the classified numerical calculation.Therefore,the performance evaluation indexes of the secondary injection system are determined,namely the lateral control thrust,the thrust vector deflection efficiency,and the thrust loss.Through analyzing the flow field structure and the correlation,to explore the influence factors on the properties of secondary injection system.According to the performance evaluation index,using the control variate method to analyze and get the influence law on the secondary injection system performance from factors such as the Injection Location,the Spray Angle,the Lank Angle,the Injection Hole Angle,as well as the injection hole aperture and so on.Moreover,to analyze its influence mechanism according to the image of the master/jet interference flow field.The mechanism of porous secondary injection implementing engine pitch and roll is simply analyzed,and the lateral control and torque of related working conditions are calculated.Using linear regression analysis method,based on three dimensional flow field numerical simulation on the primary/secondary interference flow,according to the engineering practice,the impact strength of multifarious influence factors are analyzed comprehensively.Through the evaluation on the geometric parameters of the secondary injection thrust vector control system and the physical parameters of the secondary jet,the impact strength rank of main influencing factors in the whole secondary injection system is obtained,which provides referential basis for the optimum combination of the secondary injection system.This paper research provides certain engineering value to the experimental design of the secondary injection cold flow and heat flow system.
