Designed by using multi-module techniques, multi-reactor nuclear power plant has good inherent safety, convenient modular production and small space occupation so that it can improve the safety and economy of nuclear power plant. However, when several reactors operate parallel, it will not only complicate dynamic characteristic of nuclear power plant but also set higher requirements for running system. So the research on multi-reactor nuclear power plant is necessary and valuable.This paper first designs and determines main structure and parameters of multi-reactor nuclear power plant. Then on the basis of structure characteristic of the nuclear power plant, a system transient analysis model is built using RELAP5 Program and JTopmeret Program, and operates joint debugging on SimExec Simulation Platform. By computing steady state property verification, the rationality and accuracy of the model is tested. According to the operation characteristics of multi-reactor nuclear power plant, the average load distribution scheme and the operation mode of the reactor are put forward, and then a compromise operation scheme of 60% FP is designed and determined. By applying Fortran language and PI control principle, some main control systems of multi-reactor nuclear power plant are developed, which includes three systems: reactor power control system, feed-water control system of steam generator, and pressurizer pressure control system. By simulating operation conditions, an operation scheme and control strategy is verified, which emphatically analyses three characteristics of the reactor covering the dynamic characteristics of thermal unit group,the safety characteristics of limit working condition and the coupling characteristics of unequal load. Finally, on the basis of former PI control system, this paper adopts the artificial immune algorithm to optimize the main control systems of multi-reactor nuclear power plant,and then examines and verifies the previous optimization scheme by means of comparative simulation calculation.The simulation results of each operation condition have shown that it takes a short time to make system stable during the load variation process of multi-reactor nuclear power plant,and that every parameter fluctuation is within safety limit and has greater safety allowance.The operation scheme and control strategy can ensure that multi-reactor nuclear power plant operates flexibly, safely and steadily. The simulation results of optimization design have shown that artificial immune control theory can be applied in multi-reactor nuclear power plant and can obviously improve the quality of parameters in dynamic process, and has a good effect on improving the safety of multi-reactor nuclear power plant. In conclusion, the results of the research have provided a certain theoretical basis and reference value for further research on the operation characteristics of multi-reactor nuclear power plant.
