With the rapid economic development of modern society,energy issues receive greater attention have been paid more and more attentions.An abundance of conventional energies such as coal and oil are highly consumed,which caused too much greenhouse gases.Thus,it is extremely important to develop new environmentally clean energy.As a clean and efficient energy,nuclear power has been widely applied.Concrete containment is a defensive line of protecting nuclear security.It has important practical significance to study its carrying capacity limit state.Based on elastic-plastic mechanics,this paper analyzes the containment with pressure under normal temperature,its temperature distribution under high temperature and the carrying capacity of the containment based on ABAQUS.The specific contents are listed as follows:Firstly,based on concrete damage plasticity model and Design of Concrete Structures,this paper calculates the concrete damage plasticity model of C50 and draws the corresponding parameters of related material.It also establishes the 1/4 model of concrete containment,steel liner and pre-stress steel mesh in ABAQUS,which would be easy for calculation.Secondly,the model is applied to gravity,pre-stressed and pressure loads and analyzes its displacement and Mises stress when it is in limit state.Thirdly,combined with elastic-plastic mechanics and heat transfer,the paper divides the containment wall into the cylinder part and sphere shell part.Each part is given temperature distribution and thermal stress in the third boundary condition.Then,using the MATLAB to establish the appropriate model,the paper calculates the distribution of temperature field and thermal stress under theoretical conditionsFinally,using ABAQUS to creat]/4 model,the paper calculates the temperature distribution of concrete containment under third boundary condition.Assuming that the external part is natural convection with 27.3 ? temperature and the internal containment is forced convection with 150 ? temperature under accident,a temperature distribution would be calculated which can be applied to the containment as the load.The internal pressure is applied based on it then the accident conditions of containment under stress state can be stimulated.At last,the research would obtain the stress-strain curves of concrete and Mises stress distribution in prestressed reinforcement under conditions of high temperature and pressure limits.Base on a containment,this paper analyses the carrying capacity of the containment under normal and high temperature and studies the effect of temperature on the bearing capacity of the containment.The research would give certain references to the containment pressure analysis and structural design.
