| Concrete-filled steel tube column has the advantages of convenient construction and high bearing capacity,and its research systems at home and abroad is very perfect.Concrete-filled steel tube column often used in long-span structures,bridges and super high-rise buildings.Considering the actual situation in China,the amount of waste rubber is gradually increasing.Therefore,in order to solve the problem of rubber pollution,this paper introduces a steel tube rubber concrete column for research.Compared with the ordinary steel-tube concrete column,the concrete-filled steel-tube concrete column will use part of the waste rubber powder to replace the sand to change the mix ratio of the core concrete.In addition,it has higher bearing capacity,better ductility,and better seismic performance.At present,China’s research on steel tube rubber concrete columns is still in its preliminary stage,and a complete system has not yet been formed.In order to speed up the acceptance of this new type of green component in the market,this paper carried out the research and theoretical analysis of the steel pipe rubber concrete axial compression specimen after high temperature.The research tasks are as follows:(1)A total of 20 components were designed in this test,which including 10 circular and rectangular steel tube rubber concrete components.Considering substitution rate,temperature and constant temperature time,the whole process of the axial compression test was observed.The failure mode was briefly summarized and the load-deformation curve and stress-strain curve were drawn.Control components are set under different changing factors.The test structure shows that the ultimate bearing capacity of the test piece gradually decreases with the increase of the replacement rate.As the temperature increases,the ultimate bearing capacity first decreases slightly,then rises and gradually decreases,the curve as a whole shows a downward trend.The constant temperature time has little effect on the bearing capacity.(2)In this paper,the ABAQUS finite element simulation is used to compare the fit between the test and simulated load-deformation curves,and the agreement between the test value of the ultimate bearing capacity and the simulated value.The results show that the fit and the anastomosis are good.(3)Through the theoretical research on the steel tube rubber concrete component after high temperature,the ultimate bearing capacity of each component under different influence parameters is analyzed.Based on the research at home and abroad,the improved ultimate bearing capacity calculation formula is finally proposed.And compare the test value with the formula value,the result is more consistent. |
