Marine steam power plant and electric power generation device is the key equipment to the ship to complete the mission of transportation and navigation. Steam turbine generator has the advantage of high economic benefit, high reliability, large power, easy to maintenance etc,and is one of the main electric generator in the form of the ship.In order to make the steam turbine generator of the electric station load realize the coordination control with supercharged boiler combustion system when the load has a sudden change,based on the actual research project for subject research background ,in view of raising of strategy of coordination control between the supercharged boiler combustion system and power station,carry out the following research work:Firstly, combining with the operation characteristics of the supercharged boiler and its auxiliary equipment, deeply study working mechanism of supercharged boiler combustion system.Following the law of energy conservation and mass conservation,and the flowing direction of steam and water,model the supercharged boiler combustion system. On the basis of the simplified mechanism model, also consider parameter changes when the working condition changes,set up the dynamic response model of the combustion system. The simulation results show that supercharged boiler combustion system in dynamic response under different changing load accord with the working fundamental of supercharged boiler,which proves the rationality and accuracy of the built model.Secondly, according to the operation characteristics of steam turbine unit, further study the mechanism of steam turbine generator set-power station. According to the flowing direction of steam, build up the model of power station steam turbine system by module modeling method,as to design the response model of power station steam turbine system,and the simulation has been studied under different conditions.It's shown from the simulation result that power station steam turbine system in dynamic response under different changing load accord with the working fundamental of steam turbine generator set, and the model is reasonable and accurate.Combining with the mathematical model of the supercharged boiler combustion system,putting forward of complete system lay a fundation for the subsequent coordination control strategy research.Thirdly, by the structural model and working mechanism of the whole system,as well as the dynamic characteristics of the supercharged boiler combustion system and power station steam turbine system, put forward the coordination control strategy.In view of emergence of security issues after the coordination control strategy carries out,make coordination control on combustion system from four aspects. Establish the mathematical model based on flow characteristic of the fuel system and use fuzzy control algorithm to optimize control;According to Newton's second law, establish turbocharged unit torque balance equation,and mathematical model of air traffic system is obtained, through the study of its features of control system apply genetic algorithm to optimize PID controller ,and achieve good control effect; Use the mass balance equation and the energy balance equation of steam and water,and metal heat transfer equation to build up the dynamic physical model of the main steam pressure and boiler drum water level, join CMAC neural network algorithm into PID controller and the classic PID control algorithm to make them get good control effect separately. The established model of not only makes the description of combustion system's changing process more perfect,but also plays a key role on coordination control between the supercharged boiler combustion system and power station.Finally, this article considers the effect of marine propulsion steam turbine under power station load mutation, make coordination control strategy for this case. Analogy to the mathematical model of the steam turbine to build up the mathematical model of propulsion steam turbine, and analysis the simulation of the system. Under the condition of constanting the two steam turbines' steam ratio,running state of propulsion steam turbine mainly relate to the output of the main steam, so the main steam pressure system need to have strong robustness. Therefore, using the method which controls can make coordinate the control between marine propulsion steam turbine and power station steam turbine under power station load mutation,ensure the stability of the ship speed. The simulation results show that the control strategy can effectively suppress interference under power load mutation for propulsion steam turbine, and it has strong robustness ,enhances the anti-interference ability of the system as well.Based on the control difficulty between marine supercharged boiler combustion system and power station, this article designed relevant controllers.Experimental results show that the control methods can realize the coordination control betweenmarine supercharged boiler combustion system and power station, And solve the actual running problem of keeping the ship speed stable when considering propulsion steam turbine on the basis of it.
