At present, the ozone technology has been widely used in many fields, such as the medical treatment, food, chemical engineering, water treatment, drinking water sterilization.Ozone has the advantages of strong oxidizing, without secondary pollution, and it more and more attracts the researchers, but the ozone generator is power-frequency boost, the power efficiency is low, the energy consumption is high and the control mode is usually the open-loop control, which limit the further application of ozone technology. This paper mainly studies the ozone-based high frequency power supply, which has the characteristics of high efficiency,low power consumption and small size, also, analyzes the principles of the ozone on heat transfer equipment to remove the organic scale. The main work includes the several following aspects:(1) The chemistry mechanism of the ozone on removing the organic deposition and the mechanism of dielectric barrier discharges are analyzed, the theoretical basis for the removing of organic deposition in heat transfer equipment is presented. At the same time, the major components of ozone generating system are described, and the key factors affecting the ozone synthesis are summarized.(2) The load characteristics of the ozone generator is analyzed, the series resonant circuit is selected as the main circuit structure of the power source in view of the load characteristics,and the design and analysis of the primary circuit is realized.(3) The frequency tracking phase shift PWM control method is employed, and on the basis of its detailed analysis, the control circuit is designed, which can achieve the soft switch of the power switch tube and improve the power efficiency. Also, the Saber simulation software is adopted to analyze the waveform of the designed power supply circuit, which can verify the validity and rationality of the design.(4) Experiments are implemented under different working conditions, which can verify the validity and rationality of the ozone generator, and the effectiveness of the ozone deployed for the organic deposition.
