Recently,ozone has been widely used in medicine,vivers, air decontamination, sewage disposal and drinking water sterilization. It shows good future for low re-polluted productions when used in water disposal. Now most of ozone generators have low efficiency, high power consumption, which has greatly impeded their application in China.Compared to the normal-frequency ozone generators, medium and high frequency ozone generators have lots of virtue, such as tightened structure, high ozone concentration, low power consumption, which are the direction of the development of ozone generator. Especially for high-power ozone generator, medium frequency ozone generators system and its supporting power supply become the research hotspot. The main work of this paper include the following four aspects:1.Research on load characteristics of DBD ozone generator. Commonly used in industrial high-power dielectric DBD ozone generator for the study, this paper plus the assumption of sine wave and square-wave voltage of the conditions and research load characteristics of the ozone generator to carry out theoretical analysis from the dielectric barrier discharge mechanism and the physical characteristics of the load. The results of the analysis provide an important theoretical basis for the follow-up of these high efficiency ozone generator inverter power source design.2.Research on inverter topologies of inverter power supply for high power DBD ozone generator.Two kinds of load resonant inverter topologies commonly used in inverter power supply for DBD ozone generator are compared in this paper,and the series resonant inverter is selected as the inverter topologies of the power supply.3.Research on the control method of DBD ozone generator power supply. Compared with Phase-shifted control, Chopper control, FM Power Regulator and Phase-shifted PWM control method, the paper select Phase-shifted control and the frequency tracking phase shift PWM control as the control method for the power supply of DBD ozone generator. The paper authenticate to control method. through the use of simulation approach on Matlab/Simulink.4.Research on design of the power supply. In this paper, the main power circuit, control circuit and drive circuit design process are given in detail, and open-loop power control are studied experimentally to verify the correctness of the power supply design and feasibility.
