With the widespread use of cars,people's work and life has been greatly facilitated.At the same time,there are two serious problems: environmental pollution and energy shortage.In this new situation,the development of new energy saving and environmental protection vehicles is imminent.Although the major research institutions are conducting research on electric vehicles,but because of its technical difficulties,at this stage the electric car is not yet fully mature.The hydraulic hybrid vehicle has a good ability of energy conversion,which can effectively meet the requirements of the new type of vehicle and has practical application value.Including traditional vehicle model and hydraulic system model The two are reasonably connected to form a hybrid vehicle.Based on theories of Series-Parallel hydraulic hybrid vehicles,an appropriate and reliable energy management strategy is put forward in this study to improve the engine fuel economy and also to reduce emissions.Research work in this study is listed as follows:(1)The characteristics and operating principle of Series-Parallel combined hydraulic hybrid system was explored so as to build the arrangement structure of mixed hydraulic hybrid vehicles.According to the working principle of each part,the working mode was established.(2)The theory of hydraulic system was studied,and the displacement of secondary element was controlled by the theory of hydrostatic drive.(3)According to the operating principle of the engine and hydraulic system,energy control strategy was set by designing corresponding braking pattern choice,including hydraulic system braking for energy recycling and the mechanical braking for safety.(4)According to structural forms of vehicles,the vehicle simulation physical model based on AMESim was built,Including traditional vehicle model and hydraulic system model.The two were reasonably connected to form a hybrid vehicle.(5)The control strategy model was built in Simulink,which is combined with AMESim physical model to realize joint simulation.(6)The experimental environment was set and the joint simulation of vehicle dynamic models was conducted to analyze the system performance and also to examine whether the system was right.Brake simulation,driving simulation and Simulation of the working were completed.The results show that the dynamic performance and fuel economy of Series-Parallel combined hybrid hydraulic hybrid vehicle are improved.and the vehicles is situated on city working condition which obtain better effectiveness of energy-saving and emission reduction than others.
