At present,environmental and energy issues have become increasingly prominent,the electric car because of its zero emissions and both characteristics of regenerative feedback has become an effective way to solve the energy and environmental problems,but by the battery energy storage and mileage limit,its industrial development limited.The regenerative braking technology of electric vehicle can improve its endurance limit,so the research on regenerative braking technology of electric vehicle is carried out in this paper.The research focuses on:(1)Based on the working principle of mechanical braking and regenerative braking,the common braking forms and the factors influencing the regenerative feedback are discussed on the basis of analyzing the relationship between friction braking and electric braking.(2)The electric vehicle braking and braking force by analysis of general principles of the distribution,considering the restriction of motor braking torque,speed,power,the battery charging SOC function disturbance and other factors on the motor brake torque limit correction.(3)Combined with the braking force distribution of the traditional method,the ideal I curves,f line and R line,ECE line and regulations as the basis,in ensuring the safety of vehicle operation stability,determine in order to improve the efficiency of regenerative energy into mechanical brake and brake distribution scheme to motor,and draw the re-friction distribution curve.Based on the analysis of the original ADVISOR control method and the common fuzzy control method,the fuzzy regenerative control scheme with multiple inputs is designed.(4)All kinds of embedded simulation module is built in Matlab/Simulink to ADVISOR in the software development of two times,NEDC,UDDS,ECE 1015,four typical driving conditions are simulated,and the establishment of an emergency and slow two braking conditions is simulated,the results show that the design scheme can guarantee the stability of the vehicle driving safety the effective energy recovery efficiency compared to the original program to improve 5%~10%,help to improve the economic benefits of electric vehicles.(5)In order to study the feedback braking technology deeply,the scheme of regenerative test platform is designed.The design scheme of the main motor,inertial module,moving resistance module and the measurement and control system are put forward.In this paper,the research of regenerative braking technology and test bench scheme has laid a theoretical and practical foundation for the practical application of regenerative braking technology.
